Established in 2017 as Proprietorship firm, in 2018 Unite was incorporated as “Private limited” as per companies act. UNITE was founded by Arjuna Pandian, Mechanical Engineer, who is having 20+ years of experience in the building consultancy industry. He has handled/delivered over 100+ million sft of building spaces and 3000+ acres of infrastructure development.

Prior to his current role, he served as “AGM- Realty and social infra division” at Feedback Infra Pvt. Ltd, a well renowned Infrastructure and consultancy Services company. During that time, his primary focus was Design and Operations.
